Decisions are tiny pieces to invoke the most leverage. Take it seriously.


One thing stopping you from making rational decisions is emotion or impulsive or reactive nature of the brain.

Identify the causes and take action to inhibit these.


As a writer, you have to explain things rationally.

But to capture & retain attention of your readers, you have to do things that capture emotion.

It’s turns onto an ugly game.

Don’t misuse it. Let them benefit the most from it.

Great writing does this really well.


The key to leverage lies in understanding the short and long term consequences.

Leaving emotion out of it helps.


Impulsive-irrational behaviour breeds more Impulsive decisions.

Never ever entertain this.


To understand something, simplify it.

To help others understand, simplify it even more.


It’s good to reflect on your performance regularly.

Identify the hinderance and your sources of these hinderances.


Spend some time every night to check what you didn’t do right and why.

Review this every week and take action to put hinderances to these ‘hinderances’.

📈 Leads to both long and short term improvements.


Your 100th imperfect attempt is far better than your 1st imperfect attempt.
